Northeast Residence came to me stuck on a messy, bloated WordPress setup — slow to load, painful to update, and held together by a tangle of plugins that broke every time the team touched it. They needed a clean break: a fast, modern real estate platform with a content system they could actually trust. I rebuilt the site end to end on Next.js with a headless CMS, turning 15+ property and neighbourhood pages into structured, editable content — and layered in subtle GSAP motion to make browsing listings feel premium rather than purely functional.

The headless migration was the heart of the project: I modelled every listing, page, and section as clean CMS schemas, so the team now publishes properties and edits content in minutes instead of wrestling with WordPress. The payoff was immediate — dramatically faster load times, healthier Core Web Vitals, stronger SEO, and a codebase that's stable and easy to scale as their portfolio grows.
