A French-language B2B marketing site for Overstorm, a sovereign IT-sourcing platform serving CIOs and procurement teams. Static Hugo build with a full expertise taxonomy, pricing tiers, blog and GDPR-compliant cookie flow.

Overstorm is a French company that helps CIOs and procurement departments secure access to external IT talent through a proprietary sourcing platform — three years of R&D, a national consultant database, and a deliberately sovereign, GAFAM-free infrastructure position. The challenge was density. This is an enterprise B2B sale with a long, sceptical buying committee, and the content reflects that: market diagnosis, platform explanation, a nine-category expertise taxonomy mapped to the Cigref 2024 nomenclature covering 60+ IT roles, three pricing tiers with per-day commission rates, credibility signals, and a blog. All of it had to sit on one scrollable page without feeling like a wall of text. I built the front end as a static Hugo site — fast, cheap to host, no runtime dependency, which fits a client whose whole pitch is data sovereignty and low external dependency. The page moves the visitor through problem → platform → proof → pricing → contact, using an accordion-style expertise section to compress the role taxonomy, animated impact counters for the 2025 numbers, a scrolling client logo marquee, and a comparison-style tier layout that makes the three engagement models scannable side by side.
